Just my opinion,
that servere ????, is caused by too much coffee.

when you lock in the PF, the grouphead screen tears out the coffee puck, therefore tears out the coffee puck and the filter basket cohesion.

I would recommend you to keep the tamp constant,
whether 10lbs, 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs or 100lbs, it is ok.
