Would like to order the two beans below for espresso. Please help to decide the degree of roasting.
1. ????? ??????? Costa Rica Brumas del Zurqui Honey (200 ?)
2. ?? ???? ??? Brazil Fazenda Rainha Yellow Bourbon (200 ?)
Will come to collect tomorrow (1 June) after work at around 6:00pm
