Time to order beans^^
This time I would like to order the following beans, all for brewing in both syphon & espresso, please decide degree of roasting for me.
1. ????????(Ethiopia Yirgachefee)
Whole bean 200g x 2?
2. ???????
Whole bean 200g
3. ???黎??????理 Costa Rica Don Mayo
Wole bean 200g
Is that ok you roast them today and I will pick up today after work at around 6:30 today (28 Mar)? If not enough time, I will pick them up tomorrow (29 Mar) after work at around 6:30pm. I will pay upon pick up.
