You may freeze the milk to buy more time, but what really important is how you control the pitcher in the process ; Practise more la, it toke me four months of practice, last night, was the first time I feel satisfy with the foam (then I ruin it when I pour it into the cup  ) and found out it was not about the machine, it's about me.
