Need 20-21gram coffee to fill up the double basket ??
About 12 to fill up a Single one...
Follow ZING instructions:
Distribution : ?? ?? ?light tamp...
end up to have around 30cc within 30sec.
60cc within 30sec. DOUBLE....
So, problem is : nobody mentioned and same as me to use that 12g Single / 21g double weight of coffee to make Single and Double...
Bro ZING,
Do you think any problem I have now ?? and any suggestion for me to reduce coffee ?? probably 18g for double ?? Grind finer and use less coffee, then I cannot ?? ga la ...
?????

30sec30cc double is much easier to do
shing tell you to use that much coffee?

kc, 30sec 30cc is Ristretto...
SORRY, I need espresso Italiano
Should be Max.7.25-7.5g Single within 25-30sec.
I need to know can I reduce coffee to have correct flow...

Thank you bigmama,
Problem may :
Grind coffee put into a paper cup instead of use the doser. Not as lose as use doser to do the distribution.
Try 18g in a cafe today, no problem at all.
So, I think I try to reduce it to 18g with finer grind and
may think about to use the doser...
Not care about it fill up to the top of the basket any more.
30-40 pound tamping... , I think it is not working on today's quality grinder anymore...at least to myself... |
